There are 2 kinds of fee that the applicants will have to pay when applying for Vietnam visa: processing fee and stamping fee. Processing fee (service fee) is the fee which applicants will pay to Vietnam visa agent in advance to process the visa approval letter and Stamping fee will pay directly to Immigration Officers in cash (USD or VND) at Immigration Desk.
1. Processing fee:
Applicant has to pay us full service fee in advance to process the visa approval letter in 2 business days (normal service) or 1 business day (urgent service) and 2 or 4 hours business hours (super urgent service). See table below.
2. Stamping fee:
To get your visa stamped at Vietnam airports (Hanoi Airport, Ho Chi Minh City Airport and Danang Airport), you pay directly to Immigration Officers by cash (in US dollar or Vietnamese dong) at Immigration Desk/ Counter. Visa stamping fee is being decided and revised by the Vietnamese Government and it might be changed without prior notice. See visa stamping fee updated on 1 Jan 2013 in the table below.
